dmraid-events-logwatch - dmraid logwatch-based email reporting

Description:

Provides device failure reporting via logwatch-based email reporting.
Device failure reporting has to be activated manually by activating the
/etc/cron.d/dmeventd-logwatch entry and by calling the dmevent_tool
(see manual page for examples) for any active RAID sets.

Packages

- Split logwatch dependency out to a dmraid-events-logwatch package
- Eliminated smtpdaemon dependency; defer mail dependency to logwatch
- Renamed /etc/cron.d/dmeventd to /etc/cron.d/dmeventd-logwatch
- Resolves: rhbz#512833
- Switched from postun rm to using ghost on dmeventd_syslogpattern.txt
